Cakes
Our cake baking and decorating courses give you
hands-on experience. A new course begins each month and meets weekly for four sessions. Courses are
available for all levels beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Courses are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Click here for complete details.
Candy-Making
Our candy-making classes are 1-1/2 hour
instructor demonstrations that we schedule
based upon interest. All candy-making courses
include samples and take home treats.
Cookie Decorating Classes
Our cookie decorating class is a 2-hour, hands-on class.
All supplies are provided to learn royal icing damming
and flooding technique. Classes are scheduled based on interest usually around holidays.
