Creative Candy Making
In our Candy class learn the differences in chocolates, along with how to melt, store, flavor and color chocolate. You will get to learn how to use and care for different chocolate molds. You will learn different decorating techniques like dipping, dusting and transferring. You will make chocolate covered cherries, peppermint patties and fondant butter creams. You will experiment with mixing crunches into chocolates. You will make many dipped treats like peanut butter cups, mallow cups, almond joys, chocolate caramel pretzels, Oreos and molded covered treats like pretzels rods, turtles, and much much more! You will take home tried and true recipes in addition to your completed creations
This class is one session. All your supplies are included with your course fee of $50 expected to be paid at the time of registration. You show up, you have fun, you learn your new skills, you leave with your completed project in a box ready for you to eat at home. What more could you ask for?
